What is your current position or title and what does it entail?

Title:

Officially I am a Senior Business Analyst @ Capgemini.

What does it entail?

This is a much more abstract question to answer.

As a consultant, my work is done on a per project basis. And even within that project, there may be several functions I fulfill throughout the year.

This is one of the things I like about my position.

I’m not “a Javascript Dev” – meaning my work is pretty varied and my Title does not necessarily indicate what I’m actually doing.

As far as the stuff that I’m actually doing: it’s mostly project management, technical writing, business process mapping/improvement, coordination, problem-solving.

As a side note: I definitely run on the “generalist” side of things. So I’ve been exposed to A LOT of different things. And often get requested to do lots of atypical or ad hoc tasks/projects.
